Instructor Agreement

By selecting the I Agree button at the bottom of this page, you are indicating your commitment to comply with all of the requirements, conditions and responsibilities and expectations outlined and mentioned in this agreement. If accepted as a Golf Pro2Go Instructor, you are considered an independent contractor with a responsibility to represent Golf Pro2Go in the most favorable way possible and to perform a minimum number of lessons per week, in a responsible and lawful manner. In addition, you agree to the following components:

• I will maintain a PGA, Class A designation, in good standing.
• I will submit all required background information requested prior and after application.
• I will supply my own pc that will meet minimum system configurations outlined by Golf Pro2Go.
• I will process a minimum of four (4) Golf Pro2Go student lessons per week (must be made available by Golf Pro2Go).
• I will process all lessons in accordance with Golf Pro2Go methods and techniques.
• I will only use Golf Pro2Go technology to process lessons for Golf Pro2Go students.
• I will process and return the completed lesson within forty-eight (48) hours from receipt of video.
• I will to pay the $ 500 one-time membership due within 90 days from the time of approval.
• I will review and keep current my Instructor Profile on a three (3) month rolling basis.
• I will execute a Golf Pro2Go non-disclosure agreement upon acceptance as an Instructor.
• I will promote all services of Golf Pro2Go when appropriate.
• I will secure and maintain a minimum broadband connectivity of DSL transfer speed.
• I will take full, personal responsibility for the content of any communication or interaction with any Golf Pro2go customer or student.
